BeyondWordsStore.com accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard and Money Orders. BeyondWordsStore.com will not accept cash, checks, Discover or American Express at the present time. When will you charge my credit card?
Your credit card will be charged upon shipment of your order. You will receive an order confirmation number when you have successfully entered your credit card information on the final review page. In addition you will also receive an email confirming that your order was received and then again as notification when your order has been shipped and your credit card charged.
Will I receive a receipt with my order?
Yes. You will receive an email receipt followed by a printed invoice that you may use to exchange merchandise. The invoice will be included in your package.
Do I need to enter my information every time I place an order?
No, not if you become a registered shopper. Our shoppers love to save time. As a convenience for our shoppers, you can register once and we will save your credit card, billing and shipping information on our secure servers. Simply click on "my account" at the top of the page and click "register" to begin.
Will I receive an email confirmation after ordering?
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation that your order was received. However, if you have not received your confirmation please verify your email address by clicking on "my account" at the top of the page.
How do I cancel an order? How do I change an order?
Please be aware that in our efforts to provide expeditious customer service, orders are sent to be filled immediately after an order is placed. Please shop with care.
How do I remove items from my shopping bag without having to start over?
The convenience of your shopping bag allows you to add and remove items at whim just before placing your order. In order to remove items from your shopping bag, click on the link at the top of the page to first view your shopping bag. To remove an item, simply click the "Remove" button next to the item. Change an items quantity simply by changing the number in the "quantity" field and click "change" to record your updates.

How can I track the status of my order?

Orders will be shipped out in the order that they are received via UPS? If you have placed special orders in quantity your shipping date may change. Please contact customer service for an estimated shipping date at customerservice@BeyondWordsStore.com.
Is there a difference between the "Order Date" and "Ship Date"?
Yes. Your "Order Date" indicates the date your order was received. Your "Ship Date" refers to the actual scheduled date of pick up on route to your shipping location. They will differ. Orders ship out Monday through Friday. Please take into account the weekend. If you were to place your order on Friday, specifying 2-day delivery the "Ship Date" will estimate your order to arrive 2 days from Monday.
Can I place international orders? What are your shipping fees internationally?

Will you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
For security reasons BeyondWordsStore.com will not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We will ship to any valid USA address.
Will you ship overseas?
At this time BeyondWordsStore.com will not ship to oversea locations. We will ship to any valid USA address.
Will BeyondWordsStore.com gift wrap my order?
No, but the packaging of all Beyond Words merchandise is a gift in and of itself. The item arrives in a suede pouch with embossed silver lettering. The pouch is displayed with a beautiful product sample book. An elegant gift box is available for purchase for an additional $2. Each box bears a hand stamped wax seal denoting whether your gift is a Pearl of Wisdom, Pearl of Humor, Pearl of Inspiration or Pearl of Sentiment. It is a package worth keeping and a gift worth cherishing.

How do I care for my Beyond Words Jewelry ?
To extend the time in which you would have to polish your Beyond Words pieceb the solid sterling silver jewelry and accessories are dipped in a silver tarnish inhibitor. This tarnish inhibitor also gives some protection for people with allergies to normal Sterling Silver products. If your silver piece should need polishing at some point in the future, polishing cloths, which may be available at local grocery stores and linen stores work great. Beyond Words products should be kept from direct exposure to water and sunscreen

Where would I send my return or exchange?

How should I ship my return or exchange?
Please pack your return in a secure package. If possible please use the original shipping package. We will not accept COD's. We strongly suggest utilizing shipping services from a carrier who can provide you with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost.
